This is a non-gated community containing primarily traditional single-family homes, beautiful parks and trees which line the streets. The amenities include several sports courts and a community pool.

The Lakes of Windermere Homes

The homes here have median sales price of around $405,000. There are several which will sell for over a million but half of the homes sold for under $405,000 last year. The first homes were built in Lakes of Windermere in 2002 and the majority were completed by the year 2017 with more on the way. This is not that uncommon considering this is a very large community. Home sizes here vary from 1,709 to 4,625 square feet with the largest homes being lakefront homes on Lake Sawyer. The residents also get to enjoy the lake from the community pier.
