Kings Ridge in Clermont FL is a 55+ community with its' primary entrance located on US-27. This is a beautiful well established community with The Kings Ridge Golf Club which has two golf courses a beautiful clubhouse and The Kings Ridge Snack Shop.
A very small percentage of the homes here come up for lease. There have only been 12 in the previous 2 years and there are hundreds of homes here. If you are looking to lease periods of 3 months or mare are the norm, there are breed restrictions for pets and remember this is a 55+ community. Golf carts are allowed there is a gorgeous clubhouse, fitness center and community pool.
Just outside of the southern entrance is a Publix Supermarket and shopping center. Just to the north is downtown Clermont FL and there you will find lots of things to do and just about every where you want to spend your money. The Florida Turnpike can be accessed just a few miles to the north of Kings Ridge and the local Turnpike is about 10-15 minutes to the east on Hartwood Marsh Road/Stoneybrook West Parkway. The trip to Walt Disney World is around 30-40 minutes realistically but that will soon shorten.
