Homes for rent in Windermere Ridge are often available. Windermere Ridge is a fairly large community and has quite a few beautiful homes inside. Strangely enough the community is actually in Orlando Florida and the opposite side of S Apopka Vineland Road is where Windermere begins. If a way this community is on a Ridge overlooking Windermere.
Windermere Ridge has been here for just over 20 years now. The community has prospered and remained very attractive. Driving around inside you will see well maintained homes, yards and the neighborhood park. For those who live here it is the perfect place to be as proven by the move out rate being so low. Typically 6% of homeowners will relocate each year in this part of the state.
The area is really difficult to beat. Some of my favorite places are near here and you can get just about anywhere relatively easily. Local shopping is nearly always done at the Grove just to the south and the LA Fitness Center there is my favorite in Orlando. When you finish your workout there is also an amazing place to have a burger and fries or many other options all at the Grove.
