Westminster Landing has been here since the late 1990's. When you are looking to build a community you generally look for the best locations and yes this was one of the best in the area. Looks like it was a very good decision as some other incredible communities are so nearby. If you are able to drive back into this neighborhood you will see there is a large pond and beautiful park. Those are things you simply rarely see today because the price of land is so high. If you are looking for a traditional neighborhood, good neighbors and low traffic on your street this is a great place to end your search. Catching the right house for rent may be a little trickier.
The area speaks for itself. Just a very short drive south and you are at the Grove (shopping and dining) and a little further and you are at Universal Studios and Volcano Bay.
