This part of Windermere is rather rural but you can also round a corner and find lakefront communities such as this or gated fortresses such as Casabella at Windermere.
I could have posted many different photos which I have of this community. The one I used is not the sharpest but it certainly tells a story. This neighborhood sets n the shores of lake Roberts and 2 other smaller lakes. This is certainly a community which takes advantage of those bodies of water with beautiful homes and stunning views. There is even a large pond and fountain near the center with a place to set and enjoy watching it on a cool summer's evening or a fall day. Kudos to those who designed this neighborhood and a job well done indeed.
There are only two other communities on Lake Roberts and both combined take up less shoreline than Waterford Pointe. You will no doubt want to stay around your home if you luck out and get to rent a home here. For those times you need to restock have no fear. You have several great options just around a few corners.
