The homes here are fairly large and fairly pricey. The smallest one I am aware of is around 3,500 square feet.
The area is better that it looks at first glance and it is improving. Park Ridge Gotha Road is a little bit off of the more beaten path. There is a little traffic on it but not really that much. If you head west for about 1 minute you will reach Maguire Road and shopping is just 5 minutes north.
