The Vineyards is a mixed community and by that I mean there are townhomes and traditional single family homes. The community contains quite a few residents but when it was designed that was taken into account. There is more than one community pool and still room for several large ponds. This community is also fairly new so the homes are typically in very good condition and very economical when it comes to utilities.

The local area is amazing. Right outside of the front entrance you can begin your day with a jog, walk or bike ride on a very nice and wide trail. Just a short distance north and you can partake of some ice cream to burn off on your way back home. The Windermere Village and Summerport both have great places to get groceries, a snack etc. To the south is of course Walt Disney World.
