The Trails of Winter Garden had most of it's homes built between 2005 and 2007 which was just before the real estate, adjustment in price. Those home owners who kept their homes have since been able to re finance their homes at historically low rates. Once again the long term strategy prevails as prices have been rising.
Tenants will love this community because of several factors. The homes vary in their sizes from a cozy 1,606 square feet up to a more spacious 2,895 square feet. All of these homes needing the space tenants need but small enough to keep those bills to a minimum. Locally residents can access the local turnpike or be shopping at the local grocery store in usually less than 10 minutes. There are numerous positives I have left out.
