Often people will not renew leases and so watch closely one may become available at any time. Keep in mind this is a gated and guarded luxury home community and the average rental price is over $6,500 and a lakefront home will cost you well over $10,000 per month.
This community is one of the top few communities in all of Windermere. It is not only the lake that makes this a special place but also those who reside within it. There are no real amenities for the community other than a small park area and two gated entrances. The HOA is strict and the home owners would have it no other way. Tenants may be subject to pre-approval to be allowed to reside here.
Many of the finer homes here are on the shoreline of Lake Butler. Lake Butler is the most famous of the lakes in what is called the Butler Chain of Lakes. This is just one of the many attractions which make the Reserve at Lake Butler Sound so desirable.
