The Reserve at Belmere is a gated and guarded community located north of Windermere Town and just south of Belmere Village and Whitney Isles. That was the intent of this community from the very start back in 2000 when the first home went under construction. Yes the community has been part of this city for quite some time but many have been updated and even been through remodeling as you will see when you tour the neighborhood. The streets are absolutely gorgeous and the Home Owners Association here is excellent and actively protects the condition and reputation of this Windermere Icon.
Living here is a great thing. However you must leave occasionally for items you need or entertainment etc. That is when you will most likely head north for just 1 or 2 miles. Shopping, dining and even a hospital can be found just a few minutes north.
