Brandy Lake is a small lake suited more for viewing from this community than boating etc. There are several bodies of water providing water views here and the neighborhood is gorgeous.
The Oaks at Brandy Lake goes somewhat un-noticed. Since the main entrance is located on W Story Road many drive right by and never know anything about this option. Beautiful Oak Trees line the streets and provide shade around the community pool and play area. You will likely be surprised at the feel of this community. Most people never leave which is why so few homes lease here.
The homes were built between 2005 and 2010 with very few exceptions. That means they are built better and they are more economical than older homes with higher utility bills or newer homes which the owners are still very protective of.
