As for amenities there is a nice park, playground, tennis court, ponds with a fountain and some open areas.

There is a semi rural feeling which quickly ebbs away as you start driving toward the Winter Garden Vineland Road. Then it is small city life once again with the stores we all want and need seemingly everywhere.
