Homes for rent in Providence in Windermere FL are not that rare. Providence is a fairly large sized community with a nice mixture of traditional single family homes. Sorry, no townhomes or condos are here although this is such a great and convenient location. When this community was built they were only thinking larger than the typical townhome or condo.
It is just so hard not to like this community. No matter what kind or size home you like you can probably catch one here. For rent? Maybe not but hopefully so. There are lakefront homes on Little lake Sawyer, pond front homes and homes nearest the community pool etc. The homes were all built between 2002 and 2007 and many have changed hands because of that. A shame really as prices are much better since that time.
Providence has some very nice and appropriate amenities. This is a gorgeous community to walk around in when the day cools late in the afternoon. Hopefully before that time you are at your private pool in the back yard of your home you rented. If not at the community pool or walking back from the ice cream shop across the street.
Wat a great centrally located community this is. Why would you ever think of selling such a great investment? Hopefully you got to refinance and are now set for life.
