Homes For Rent in Magnolia Park of Windermere are fairly rare and difficult to catch. Magnolia Park is a gated community with only 32 traditional single family homes inside. Nearby is Summerport and directly behind this community is Bellaria. Needless to say this is an incredible area but unfortunately for prospective tenants the owners know and seldom move away.
Many communities claim to be in a great area and they may be depending on why you need to be there. Magnolia Park is one of those communities which is in a good enough area that you may be willing to drive further to be able to live in. There are not many of those neighborhoods. There are no community amenities to speak of other than the gated entrance. What you will find here is nice homes from 2,400 to 5,000 square feet that were built between 1995 and 2000. Those are some very nice homes with actual yards with space in them.
The area is amazing if you let yourself see and enjoy it. Windermere High School is right around the corner if you like high school sports you will have it made here. If not then you will no doubt be pleased with the local shopping, Walt Disney and how close you are to the turnpike.
