Homes For Rent in Lake Down Cove in Windermere FL are unfortunately very rare. there are only a handful of homes in this community and they very rarely change hands. The homes are on large well manicured lots and can be somewhat pricey.
This neighborhood is found on Hempel Avenue on the northeast side of Lake Down in Eastern Windermere. Most visitors to Windermere never drive out this way and even if you do you may well drive by this community numerous times before spotting it. The sign is not exactly bright orange and can be somewhat challenging to see. Once you find the neighborhood it is worth the short drive through. Winding roads through a spacious yet small community filled with gorgeous homes is what you will discover. The smallest of the homes is over 3,000 square feet.
The are the community in is a great option compared to some west of here. The only downside to living in Windermere is to be experienced on Conroy Windermere Road twice a day Monday through Friday. When you live here you have no reason to do battle with that traffic no matter which way you travel and you still have the perks of Windermere.
