You can also access the local turnpike just about equal distance from Crown Point Springs is you are driving north or south. The primary difference is to the north by the turnpike is the closest Grocery Store etc. There are parks nearby you can drive to within 10 minutes that include a lot of attractions for outdoorsy people including a boat ramp onto Lake Apopka.
