Carrington is a townhome community. There are several townhome communities on this road including Legado and Royal Estates next door. However you will pay a premium in those communities as apposed to Carrington which is really just as nice. Take a drive around as this community is not gated and you will see a clean community which is well maintained.
Carrington also has a nice community pool and homes which are in great condition. The first townhomes were built here in 2013-2014 which is certainly not very long ago when you consider how long homes last. Styles have not changed much and the location here is certainly outstanding. Just to the east is the Lakeside Village where you will find a lot of useful stores, service providers and yes the local Publix Supermarket. To the west on Reams Road you can reach Walt Disney in 5 minutes or keep going to the local turnpike onto parts of Florida much further away.
