Black Lake Park is often confused with Black Lake Preserve. Just remember that the "Park" is in the community named after it. Also Black Lake Park is actually the only one of the two with a boat ramp. Of the two I definitely prefer this one as it is so close to the Winter Garden Village.
The community was built between 2006 and 2008 with very few exceptions. The homes here were built in sizes that range from a cozy 1,695 square feet to homes that over 4,000 square feet. This is a fairly large community but it is laid out very well and getting in and out whey you need to is fairly easy. Just to the north, shopping and dining, just the the east or south is the same. Just an all around great community to live your life with loved ones.
