Arlington Bay is actually in Orlando just south of the 34786 (Windermere FL) boundary. The community usually only has 2 homes actually lease each year and there are 92 traditional single family homes located in this non gated community.
The homes here were built in 2005 and 2006 most of them are between 1,600 and 2,800 square feet. That is the size range most people in this area can afford and hence are searching for. The community has a small community park and playground but have no fear. There is a very nice community park directly across the road in front of the community. That park is used frequently by many residents of the communities nearby and it is well equipped.
Locally You have shopping to the north at the Lakeside Village. You will find groceries, restaurants and small shops there.
