Homes for rent in Woodbridge on the Green in Winter Garden FL are very seldom available. Woodbridge on the Green is a golfing community and a very small amount of homes are located here. A quick drive through and you will see the homes are nice and the area maintained.
The neighborhood took some time to build out. The earliest homes were actually built back in the 1980's. The last home to be built as in 2015 which is actually old compared to many of the communities in Winter Garden. However this is a golfing community and seems to be a very stable one at that. as for the golf course it is very attractive. You have to be to stay in business in this part of Central Florida.
The area is one of the final parts to start developing with the exception of a few of these older communities. Part of the reason is the large nursery to the west. New communities are being built and one is actually gated. That community is called Tilden Place at Winter Garden. I doubt there will be any homes for rent there for years to come.
