For amenities, since most luxury homes have their own pools there is a playground and tennis court in the northwest corner.
The town of Windermere is incredible. In this incredible area there are different arts each with their own flair and desirable features etc. Tilden's Grove is an area which has the advantage of nearby conveniences and a very low trafficked road in the front of the community.
